Lead boldly. Build relentlessly.
Last year, we came together as one company. This year, we focus on what comes next.
Granum has a clear direction. Our role now is to execute with purpose, innovate with confidence, and continue building the company that will define the future of the green industry.
Throughout the summit we’ll hear directly from our customers, learn from one another, explore how AI is transforming our business, and align around the opportunities ahead. Every conversation, every session, and every idea should answer one question:
How do we help Granum — and our customers — move forward?
Forge Ahead isn’t about moving faster. It’s about moving with intention, leading with clarity, and building relentlessly. 2025 was about bringing LMN, SingleOps, and Greenius together. 2026 is about operating as one company — the narrative shifts from integration to execution.
One company. One strategy. One future.
Every decision begins with customer success.
AI is changing how we work, how our customers operate, and how quickly we create value.
Our best ideas already exist inside Granum. Peer learning accelerates execution.
Ideas matter. Execution matters more.
Lead boldly. Build relentlessly.
From assembling as one crew, to building relentlessly, to carrying it forward into the year ahead.

Reach out to Kathleen or Kat anytime.
Elevated Casual. Breezy dresses, bold prints, crisp button-downs, smart sets, fresh sneakers. Not business casual, not black tie — bring the energy, leave the hoodies at home.
Workday Casual + Branded Tee. We’ll hand you a fresh branded t-shirt at check-in. Pair it with clean jeans/chinos and comfortable shoes. Skip torn denim and flip-flops.
Keep your tee on. This is a working landscaping HQ — closed-toe shoes required (running shoes yes, open-toe sandals no). Dress for a few hours outdoors.
High ~79°F / Low ~63°F. Warm, partly sunny, chance of evening thunderstorms. Bring a light layer — it cools off after sunset.
Yes — WiffleBall, if you want a guaranteed spot in Wednesday’s gauntlet (sign up before Aug 12). Everything else at the Feats of Strength is walk-up.
Yes, at your own expense. However, guests are not permitted at any summit sessions or socials — this is a company-only, team-building experience.
First contact Ramp for rebooking options. Then notify Kathleen or Kat if further coordination is needed.
All meals are provided for the group throughout your stay. Room and tax are covered at the hotel; incidentals (including that midnight room-service snack) are on you.
Not by default. If your situation warrants reimbursement, contact People & Culture with a request and explanation.
No. All sessions are core to the summit and expected to be attended by every employee.
The hotel is working to have rooms ready before standard check-in. Come to the hotel when you land — there’s a dedicated check-in where you’ll get your swag bag and a welcome treat. If you’re early, the hotel will hold your bags.
Your Ramp card covers rideshare to and from the airport only (home↔airport, airport↔hotel). Standard rides only (UberX / Lyft Standard), carpool with teammates, and capture every receipt in Ramp. Once you’re at the summit, all transportation is provided — no rideshares needed on-site.
Canadian citizens traveling to the U.S. must have a valid passport — if you need to apply or renew, begin immediately (routine ~20 business days). Travel Letters will be sent through Rippling closer to the summit; bring a copy when traveling.
Yes — a professional photographer will be on-site for team, group, and candid photos. Images may be used on our website, social media, and internal platforms, so dress accordingly.
Type your name to see your bus to Minnesota Sod, your breakfast table, your general-session table, and your Wiffle Ball team — all in one place.

The one tournament with a schedule. Everything else at the Feats of Strength is walk-up.
Five skill-balanced teams of five, one field, winner-stays-on. The winning team holds the field and takes on the next fresh challenger — survive all four rounds and you’re the summit champion. A hot team can play the whole night. Runs alongside the Customer Appreciation BBQ.
6:00 – 7:50 PM
Winner-stays gauntlet
4 · 20 min + 10 min swap
5 teams · 27 players
| Time | Game | Matchup | How it runs |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6:00 – 6:20 | G1 | The Anvils vs The Embers | Opening bout — both squads fresh. Winner stays on the field. |
| 6:30 – 6:50 | G2 | Winner of Game 1 vs The Hammers | The Hammers step in fresh to challenge the reigning team. |
| 7:00 – 7:20 | G3 | Winner of Game 2 vs The Sparks | Third challenger enters. Can anyone dethrone the streak? |
| 7:30 – 7:50 | G4 | Winner of Game 3 vs The Ironclads | Championship — last challenger vs the team that survived the gauntlet. |
Underhand tosses, easy to hit — this isn’t about striking anyone out.
Three strikes and you’re out. Three outs and the teams switch. A ball caught in the air is an automatic out.
No running the bases — spots on the field are marked for single, double, triple, and home run based on where the ball lands.
Short on players? Count the hit and move the imaginary runner along.
About 3 innings or 15 minutes, whichever comes first — then the next group is up.
Two small groups, however many show up. Even teams aren’t required.
Walk up anytime — no sign-up needed. Plenty of people will just eat, drink, and talk, and that’s the point.
